Not every grouting scope needs a full SG Services crew. When a general contractor, municipality, or industrial owner wants to self-perform, we provide the pieces that make it work: grouting equipment rentals, material supply, and hands-on pumping and placement support on site. You keep control of the schedule; we make sure the grout goes where it is supposed to, at the right mix and pressure.
What on-site technical support does SG Services provide?
- Equipment rentals — injection pumps, colloidal and paddle mixers, packers, hoses, and the fittings and flush systems to run them, delivered with setup and operating instruction.
- Material supply — water-activated polyurethane resins, epoxies, cementitious and non-shrink grouts, repair mortars, and pipe-plugging and water-stop materials, matched to the application.
- Pumping and material placement — our operator and pump on your site to mix and place grout for your scope: form-and-pump fills, annular fills, bulkhead grouting, under-slab placement, and injection.
- Technical guidance — mix design, injection sequencing, pressure control, and volume tracking so the work can be documented and closed out.
When does it make sense to self-perform with our support?
When you already have the labour and access on site and the grouting is one task inside a larger scope — a bulkhead to fill during a culvert relining, an annular fill at a crossing, a base plate to grout, a leaking penetration in a new structure. We supply the pump, the material, and an operator for the day rather than mobilizing a full crew, which keeps the cost in line with the size of the task.
What happens if the job turns out to be bigger than expected?
We scale up. Because the same specialist is already on site with you, moving from support to a full SG Services scope — leak sealing, void filling, annular grouting, or pipe abandonment — happens without a second mobilization or a change in approach.
