Water controlled. Voids filled. Structures supported.

Specialty Grouting Services provides specialist grouting services across Ontario and beyond — from stopping active water inflows in a single manhole to filling kilometres of abandoned pipe. Every service below is delivered by our own crews with our own purpose-built equipment.

What does a specialty grouting contractor do?

A specialty grouting contractor injects or places grout — cementitious mixes, water-activated polyurethane, low-density cellular concrete (LDCC), epoxy, or foam — to stop water, fill voids, and restore structural support below grade. General contractors handle the broad scope of a project; we handle the part where material has to go into ground or concrete you cannot see, and perform exactly as intended.

Which grouting method is right for my project?

It depends on what the ground and the structure are doing — there is no one right grout. Flowing water usually calls for water-activated polyurethane; large voids may call for LDCC or sanded cementitious mixes; structural rebuilds may call for form-and-pump placement or epoxy. Send us your specifications, soil reports, or photos and we will recommend the method and material honestly, including when grouting is not the right fix.
